Is it true we will have difficult labour if we seldom walk or not active during pregnancy ?

My sister was very lazy when she was pregnant and sleep the whole day, did nothing till labour. She had the easiest labor every, no need to push as the baby came out by itself. it slide out the hospital bed till the nurse have to run and hop the baby. So can't really tell lah... it depend on the baby

Yes... During my whole pregnancy i was very active and i hv no difficulties during labour.. Took me 45 min - 1 hour to deliver my daughter.

Not sure, but I was pretty active throughout, was jogging three times a week all the way till wk38. My labour was 14 hours long😂

I’ve been jogging 3 times a week, around 5km before being pregnant. When I found out I was pregnant, I checked with my gynae and he gave the green light to continue doing it. So I’ve never once stopped all the way till I popped

Yes quite true. Start to walk more during final trimester of pregnancy.

Not sure about this. But doctor and gynae advise to walk more

Most will recommend to do some form of exercise. But I guess it depends on individual.
