How do I help baby gradually wean off from breast milk to formula milk? Any tips, mamas? 😔

Tried giving full formula, rejected totally.

You can start with 60-40/50-50 (bm-formula) then gradually increase the formula portion till full formula. Some babies cannot take the immediate transit.
