pwede naman kumain ng kumain basta wag lang po ung sobrang matamis, caffeine, maalat, kelangan lang magdiet pra sa normal delivery at hindi lumaki masyado si baby.. konting rice, more veggies at fruits ganun nalang po and super daming water.

bawas lng po s matamis, kaya nga po may mga vits. pra kumpleto p dn ung nutrients nyong dalawa ni baby
