Nanny : More knowledge (if you get the correct one), will take care of you and baby, some will even take care of your husband’s meal as well. But if you have your own ways or dislike anything, might have to stand firm cause some CN are quite stubborn. Lodging is temporary. Helper: You have to choose if you want her to focus more on baby or housework (if baby, then you have to give and take not to nitpick when she have undone house chores). Also, some may not have much experience on taking care of newborn even thou they have a kid of their own. You have to provide them a room for 2 years. Infant care: Good for working parents but have to prepare that your baby might fall sick more often (normal if sending to school). Ultimately, decide if you have the time to take care of baby, your budget and also space.
