Ang postpartum depression ba nagshoshowup din as physical symptoms (kunwari may rashes?) or talagang emotional/mental lang siya? Hindi ko kasi mabasa yung emotions ko now. prng surviving lang ako everyday

Hindi kasama ang rashes sa symptoms of PPD pero maaaring effect ito ng ibang symptoms ng PPD tulad ng di makatulog o makakain ng maayos. Para malaman mo kung may PPD ka, pwede ka mag online test sa www.beacon.ph/ppdtest

Pakiramdam ko depres ako kahit walang problema nalulungkot ako, lalo na pag nakaka alala ako ng mga bagay na mali ni mister, nalulungkot talaga ako ng sobra. 38 weeks and 4 days pregnant.
