Any one took fertility pills before, is there any high chance of pregnancy ? Any side effects .

What kind of fertility pills are u referring to? I took Clomid for ovulation as I had PCOS and had irregular periods and delayed ovulation. Got pregnant after 2nd menstrual cycle, but it depends on luck, I guess. No side effects for me, though.
