Hormone pills to be inserted in vagina

I have taken them yesterday through the vagina for the first time and just feeling a little tired. Can I just ask how many weeks you are at now? I’ve just been prescribed pills to be inserted into the vagina which has to be done every night before I sleep as I’m currently at 13 weeks and had a gush of blood out of nowhere yesterday and the bleeding continued up till now with a blood clot coming out earlier that made me panic like mad for the past few hours. The doctor checked and assured me yesterday that the baby is fine but with a sudden blood clot today, I just can’t seem to calm down. Do you happen to be in a similar situation?
