Gradually help baby build tolerance. Start with the yolk, giving a very very small amount and checking for reaction. Wait a couple of days between each attempt. If there’s no reaction, then gradually increase the amount. If baby can tolerate the yolk well, then move on to the egg white. Again, super small amount and watch. Don’t rush the process and stop + wait for a period of time if any reaction develops. If there are more severe reactions, stop immediately and bring baby to A&E plus avoid eggs totally
My son has eggs allergy too. It is actually recommended by doctor to not start with egg itself, but rather small quantity of baked goods with eggs. Example, cupcakes or cookies. go with those that are baked with high heat. Increase frequency and amount slowly. my son used to get rashes just by touching a fresh egg or hard boil. Now at 2.5, he can eat small amount of bake goods containing eggs.
