Eat ka food na bland and walang lasa. Very small portion and iwas ka na humiga after kumain. Drink warm water din para madali bumaba kinain mo. Di talaga maiiwasan yung pagsusuka dahil sa hormones. You can manage it mommy, stay safe 💕
