Unli latch and unli latch momsh. Sabayan din ng pagkain ng masasabaw na food, malunggay, and supplements, inom din ng water before/during/after breastfeeding. Try niyo din mag join sa mga breastfeeding groups kasi maraming tips on how to relactate. 🙂

mag search ka lang sa FB mommy. like yung Breastfeeding Pinays, then join ka. 🙂

hi... try Hand express or pump at least eight to twelve times per day for 20-30 minutes, including at night. i am also taking MEGA MALUNGAY capsule 2times a day for increased milk production.
