Maternity Binder

I had 2 CS. i used the blue binder, ung nabibili sa hospital. mahigpit sia kinakabit for recovery ng tummy and to support if binubuhat si baby. tinuro rin ng OB ang pagkakabit at gano kahigpit. i wore it for 3 months to ensure recovery before going back to work.
