Thinking about ayurveda to lose all this pregnancy fat. Does it work? Any suggestions?

Hello, Losing weight through Ayurveda way would be a natural way of getting into shape. It will not only make you lose that extra fat but will also help in the detoxification of the body. I remember, my brother and me once generally started cooking our food according to the way it was said in a book that we have bought. It required to have the mixture of certain herbs as the masala... we followed it for a month and we felt so energised and light in our body. I believe, natural way of losing weight, cooking, taking care of one's health is the best form for overall health and it shows lifelong positive changes not only on your body but on your mind as well.
