Pegged teeth (2+ year old) anyone else encounter?

Hi there Just wondering if anyone has any experience or advice for children around 2 to 3 years old with peg shaped teeth? She has total about 4 peg shaped teeth (jagged and smaller than others) =2up and 2 down. Dentist said not malnutrition so just hope it is not permanent teeth.
