Are there any rent-a-car service here in Metro Manila? My dad will be flying back here in the country and he needs a car of his own for the duration of his stay. Also, do you happen to know the price range?
I personally haven't tried renting a car, but diamond rent a car should help! Saw one of their ads on a billboard somewhere in manila!
