i got experience take a bird nest..evryday i drink a bird nest.. its safe for pregnant.. .but i take when im 20week and above .for bird nest actually its suitable when the pregnancy age 5 month n above until 2 week before due date..and one more things if u got any medical history..got prblem like diabetics.. or etc . u need to consult with doctor 1st....😉✌🏻
