Feeling lonely

There's plenty groups for mom to go on for advice etc but anyone know or interested to have smaller groups? I personally feel big groups are hard to catch up and don't really feel comfortable in sharing in big groups. Recently felt v depressed on couple communication and parenting. I can hardly find anyone to talk to. Feel alone in this journey when you need a listening ear and you can't find anyone.
