Chances of miscarriage

Hi there mummies, I am actually about 6 weeks but I dont really feel the symptoms like breast tenderness, and abdominal pain, are these signs of miscarriage?

Worry not. Not every expectant mothers have the pregnancy symptoms. Some do, some don't. Or you could be quite early to feel all that yet. I only felt it on the 8th week above. That's when all the nausea sets in. But again, every pregnancy is different. No two are the same. Remember to start taking folic acid which is important for your baby. Do keep a look out for these signs - painful abdominal pain or bleeding. Head to the A&E asap. Otherwise, you're fine ☺️
