Abdominal pain

I had a miscarriage and d&c on nov 4 th .last month i took a pregnancy test and it came out positive .now i am 6week 6 days pregnant,and today morning i got positive result for my RTPCR.Now i am experiencing abdominal pain before going to the toilet.I am a bit nervous because,in my last miscarriage i had abdominal pain like these ......i dont know where to consult or what to do?

That's a miracle u get to conceive quite fast after the prev. Congrats. If its really bad abdominal cramps or there's bleeding pls have it checked otherwise I guess its ur uterus expanding or body adapting to the hormones and causing some discomfort here and there. Feel better soon momma.
