Hi there, has anyone who delivered in PEH done some alternative method of labour? Like walking around the room instead of lying down during contractions/kneeling down when it's time to push etc.
Sure, walking ard during labour is one good way to distract you from the pain. But better check wih gynae what is and what is not allowed
