Antenatal class

Is there any antenatal class that have any hands on practical? Like how to carry baby, how to change diapers etc? Or most of it (including hospital ones) are more to just slides and presentations. #FTM

I did spa institute 1 day course using skillfuture credits. only register 1 person, but both hubs and wife can attend

Thomson Medical centre has parent craft lessons, both in zoom and hands on practical which are very useful.

Hi Mummy, You can join antenatal classes from beloved bumps. They have hands on practice as well

The KKH one was so good both theoretical and practical but it's very limited slots
