its like seeing a doctor when you're unwell. seeking help when there are early sign of issues could rectify and make things better :)
No because I tried it before and it made things worse! Also, the sessions prescribed to us were too far in between and it seemed pointless.
Would definitely try it if I had to. Marriage counselling just like mental illness has too much stigma.
It really depends on how the couple would be receptive to save their relationship/marriage
