Do you believe in attending family or marriage counselling if your family is going through issues?

Of course, if it helps!
Not sure.
No way, I prefer to solve my problems on my own.
Never tried it before but I would consider it if I needed to.

its like seeing a doctor when you're unwell. seeking help when there are early sign of issues could rectify and make things better :)

No because I tried it before and it made things worse! Also, the sessions prescribed to us were too far in between and it seemed pointless.

Would definitely try it if I had to. Marriage counselling just like mental illness has too much stigma.

It really depends on how the couple would be receptive to save their relationship/marriage

Yes because having a third person is better than just two people running around in circles

I would believe it's easier to resolve a problem if you and your spouse work it together.

If talking it out between each other doesn’t help, then seek professional for help

I dont like external Party knowing ... i will settle it within ourselves first

Always good to get professional help rather than letting relationship fester

Had never tried but of cause I hope I wouldn’t have the chance to try
