teens these generation is way too different with ours .. how do you handle with it po.. tsaka how do you keep your communication open lalo pa prone ang peer pressure? are you an authoritative type or yung parang barkadalang with your teen?

I was a teacher in a secondary school for 5 years. The approach on how we handle a teen depends on the character of them. I would usually try the open approach whereby they would be able to share everything with me even though I'm supposed to be their senior. However this doesn't mean that they will not show me any respect. In fact in this case, they take my opinions and views more seriously . The difficult part would be seeking a balance such that they don't climb over your head
