trying to get pregnant

TCC po for 18 months. nagpacheck up na po ako sa OB. PCOS po both ovaries, retroverted uterus and thin endometrium. any suggestions po pls para madali pong magconceive. ?????? thanks.

nag suggest po ba ob nyo? i had pcos din and sinabihan po ako mag diet and exercise. sometimes kasi being overweight is a factor din

yes start na with folic acid if youre tryjng to conceive.
