as advised by my OB, calcium and multivitamins after breakfast. pero hindi ko pinagsasabay. then, iron supplement 1hr-30mins before eating lunch. if masakit sa tiyan, atleast 5min before eating.

kamusta naman Mii ndi kayo constipation dahil sa iron?

skin po sbi ni ob multi after breakfast calcuim after lunch ferrous bedtime☺️
