Try to eat po high in fiber foods, ako nung 2 months preggy ako, di nmn ako hirap sa pagdumi, then drink lots of water, i hope makatulong, god bless and be healthy kayu always ni baby mo☺️
try niyo po kumain more fiber nakatulong po sakin monde wheat bread kinakain ko breakfast or midnight snack nakatulong naman po sa constipation ko
