Cramp bawah perut

Sy sekarang 23weeks. Tetibe 2 3 harini cramp bwh perut belah kanan. Sampai tahap xleh nk berdiri lurus. Sakit nye x lama tp sakit uii time kena. Is it normal? Ke patut sy jumpe doctor? Ke sbb baby tgh sakan membesar je? Sbb sebelum cramp mesti baby aktif. Lepas hilang cramp die aktif balik.
