I never experience this it eat alot but i avoid to eat too much salty and oily.. Because thats the reason why edema happened.

Lucky I didn't experience swollen feet until now. I keep on walking everh morning as possible as I can and I think it really helps a lot,
there are only few times my feet get swollen... but most of the time,gladly it never happens, now Im 32 weeks and 3 days preggy.
No swollen legs and feet. My husband every night he massage me I sleep at my side always And before sleep my feet was elevated

Walking actually really helps with the swelling. When I sit or lie down too much my feet actually swell more
Swimming also worked like a miracle for me! My feet shrunk back to normal size after 30 mins in the pool
