Small sac big baby
Suppose to be 7w3days but scan show 6w5d. Any success case of pregnancy with same issue? HR at 144bpm

If you based your pregnancy on your LMP it may not always be 100% accurate that's why ultrasound is always needed to be done to confirm how far along you are and to estimate your EDD.
