How to increase milk supply?

Super need help. Mommies what to do in order to increase milk supply? What to do and what supplements you intake? Gusto ko sana mg store but nahihirapan ako dahil mahina lang ang flow nang milk ko.??

try mong magsahog ng malunggay sa mga may sabaw na ulam, more water in take. Iwas rin sa mga may caffeine drinks 😉
