Sis, try to cook and consume more soup.. lalo yung mga may malunggay..sakin I take fenugreek and natalac, and yung post-natal vitamins ko from my OB...I'm back to work na, so naging worry ko rin yan.. Praise God, continuous at mas lumalakas pa yung supply ko.. make it a habit to pump din and make your baby latch as ofyen as possible. Lastly, kailangan mo rin magrelax.. sleep and fluid intake ni mommy are very important ❤

hi momshie 😊 ako, I don't want to rely on supplements kasi so what I am doing is eating more masabaw na pagkain like fish and most esp. with malunggay and unripened papaya kasi nakaka increase daw yun naturally nang milk. Which is para sa kin, totoo naman hehe

Unlilatch is the best way to increase milk. 😊 It's law of supply and demand, the more she/he latch, the more your body will create more milk. :) Tapos masabaw, malunggay at mga shell. Don't offer him/her formula.

malunggay po talaga mabisang pampadami ng milk. noon pinapakulo ko lang ung dahon ng malunggay iniinom q with honey kci d mgnda lasa 😂 pero super healthy nia tanggal dn ang toxic sa katawan 😂

Unli latch. Then drink lots of water. Milk pwde din. Take malunggay capsule. Megamalungay really helped me. 18 months of breastfeeding journey here! Satisfied pa rin naman si baby pagnagdede

Try mo kumain ng masasabaw na gulay specially malunggay at mga shells yan pinapakain sakin nun ni nanay para mag increase yung supply ng milk ko, iffective naman sya.

ako noon panay inom ko ng milo. siguro nakakatatlong baso ako ng milo sa isang araw. sobrang dami kong milk. dalawang bottle napupuno ko every pump.

Ito po ginawa ko. Nakatulong naman. Mag malunggay, fenugreek or blessed thistle ka. Stay hydrated and eat healthy.
