Yung mga babies ng friends ko, they still choose a theme for 2nd or 3rd birthday. Almost same lang din sa 1st birthday pero hindi ganun ka bongga/ Meron pa din catering, games, party host (optional), and the cake could be simpler than the 1st birthday cake.
