yan sin problema ko. lagi ako iniinis ni lip na nasundan agad 1st baby namin kasi para pa din akong buntis untill now na 7months na si lo.
sit up, squatras,squat bending, mountain climbing, knee bender, pushups,jumping jacks, bobber, di ko na alam ibang name.
yan din problem ko ee heheh nakakahiya kasi at uncomfortable kung an laki ng tyan nag diet n lng ako konti lang hheh
