Any suggestion ng pinaka effective, tested and proven na way to induce labor naturally? 39 weeks and 2 days na.. and better to start labor early dahil malaki na ang risk since diabetic ako.

I had labor going 3 days after I posted this question and gave birth a day after through emergency CS.
