Watch ka lang at sabayan mo yung mga yoga for labor. Para at the same time matutulungan ka sa proper breathing and positioning. Then listen to calming sounds & always pray. Pakalmahin mo lang sarili mo, ang iisipin mo lang na blessed ka and you are loved by God. Kasi may angel ka na. :)
