Yes, the study plan should always be made with the kid as then both of us can understand and also it helps the kid in planning out as well :)

yes we always do that, but don't ask me whether he studies as per the plan, failing to plan is planning to fail

Kid should study is right,. Tell them the important of study, but shouldn’t force them too much.
