My wife’s been quite moody and emotional since giving birth. I try to help but sometimes I end up doing the wrong thing and make her more upset. I also notice she’s put on some weight, and honestly, she looks stressed. I don’t want to say anything about dieting because I’m scared she’ll feel hurt, but I really want to support her health. How do I know if it’s just normal postpartum stress, or maybe something to do with her hormones and metabolism? And what’s the best way for a husband to help without making her feel worse?
