To mix feed or not?

The struggle is real due to he might not been getting enough milk from me. He is a good latcher but frequently cries as I've been having difficulty in positioning him due to my CS operation stitches. We consulted his pedia and she recommended Similac if ever that we will pursue mixed feeding. Thoughts? 😅#advicepls #1stimemom #firstbaby #theasianparentph

1yr EBF ako before sa 1st born ko, as in tyagaan lang kahit masakit sa tahi. inverted nipple din ako nun, pero sabi nila si baby lang din makakapagpalabas nun, kaya tinuloy-tuloy lang namen kahit nagsusugat pa, dahil sila lang din daw nagoapagaling. more soup, malunggay supplements 🙂
