No, streaming should exist. It has worked well for Singapore.

Got pros and cons. Pro because no stereotyping, everyone is treated equally. But con is that some are slower in learning and will need more time and attention to keep up. So if everyone is put in the same class, the slower learners will be at a huge disadvantage.
