Stomach feel full yet feel thirsty all day

My stomach feel full and tight everyday. Not sure if is bb inside so feel this way. Anyone same as me? I feel thirsty all the time and can't drink too much at one go. Cos stomach so full. 20weeks.

Yes I felt that too. Very tight and a stretching kind of feeling. Just drink water in sips, but often.

Same leh. Feel stomach tight and stretch feeling. Especially when eat full. More tight feeling.
