Safe to go out at 37 weeks?!

I will say yes and no. Avoid crowded places. Also remember that you're already considered full term. I had contractions + bloody show when I was 37 weeks pregnant while at ECP & rushed to kkh, gave birth that day 😅

I advice no, because if you go out and your hospital requires a negative rt pcr test (at nag positive ka dahil nahawa), mas malaki bill mo sa ospital. Also for safety reasons na rin, Nakaka panic if you're water broke at nasa labas ka.
