Piles inflammation

At many times after week 37 my piles probably erupted and I was bleeding with small clots from my a** accompanied with stitching pain even when contact with water only. I didn’t do anything tho…. Just be extra careful when washing.. (I was so afraid to even poop cause it was so painful 😭) It gets better after 2-3 days of gently washing it.
