Chafing at groin area during pregnancy

Started having chafing at groin area. Tried changing underwear but the problem persists. Anyone knows of any remedies or prevention? Read somewhere that diaper rash cream can help but does anyone know if it’s pregnancy safe?

same, i use foxy affair's kitty drop as it moisturises that area. Plus the scent is nice too (strawberry scent). Since then, my groin no longer itches
