Skin rash/itchiness

Started to have skin rash that shows around 30 weeks and continue until now, I'm 35 weeks now. It's very itchy and transfer from one place to another. Is it normal and What's the best remedy for this? #firstbaby

I think itching is kasama sa pregnancy kase ako din po laging itchy different parts of my body :) Currently on my 34th week now and. If super itchy na as in may red rashes, pa-check mo na po para mabigyan ka ng medication.
