discuss with HR. pwedeng magasikaso as early as 60days from date of conception. if employed, ang form ay galing kay HR. i submitted the filled-up form and ultrasound sa HR when i was around 5months para hindi ko makalimutan at maprocess agad ng company.
Paano po if unemployed? May kukuha po ba na ktulong sa sss?
if unemployed, mag inquire sa nearest sss office para mas malinaw na maexplain nila ano ang gagawin. kau ang magaasikaso.
