Week 6 onwards spotting for 5days. Is this normal and it come with stomach cramp.

I’m at week5 day 2 and I had cramps + spotting + a blood clot. I had a shock of my life 😵‍💫 Visited my OBGYN this afternoon and he gave me 7days MC and advised me to lie down for a whole week! Seems like week 5-6 is the most critical week of implantation 😥

I had spotting and cramps during week 6-7 too. Went to see doctor and baby is fine.
