I believe we need to talk it through with them. Sometimes kids don't understand what they did is wrong perhaps it's what they observe from our actions too. However if its repetitive then I feel its OK to hit them with our hands but not so hard and don't use the rod pls 😅

I dont agree. We dont even hit our dogs, animals...etc. so why should we do that to our kids. I rather we tell them off, and make them stand to reflect

Dun hurt them just talk to them what is wrong and what is right if they dun listen just take there favourites thing like there ipad or hp...

But the rod is more of a ‘warning’ then to hit them. Sorry to say, at times need to ‘instill fear’ to scare them.

Not till now.... we grew up like that but i also believe there is never a bad student rather always a bad teacher

There's no bad teacher. Only bad parents.

Caning only works if the child knows exactly the behaviour he/she does wrong. And not just blindly cane..

I really don't believe in it and most of the parents these days are against this

I think parents these days are already a lot more better than my parents :’)

I’m personally against it cuz violence doesn’t teach the kid anything

I do not agree with this. Lets educate them with words
