Wag po kayo mag colored undies, better buy white undies po since yung color can be one of the causes of yeast infection. Daily rin po dapat ang wash ng keps ask ur OB ano recommended na fem wash.. and after wiwi always pat dry with soft tissue ang keps. Proper hygiene po mawawala rin yan 😉
