search mo lang yung mga bawal ng ingri. like retinol etc. yun lang ang iwasan mo. if wala ka namang harsh chemical na ginagamit you can use your usual products.

Human Nature po sa akin noon until now lactating mom ako. Facial wash at deo lang gamit ko, tapos sa lotion nakiki lotion ako kay baby Human Nature din.
