FOOD MENU for highblood

hi mommies, pa flex po mga kinakain nyo araw2x especially sa mga canidate ng hypertension. Im currently at 11 weeks bp 130/90 may meds din. pa suggest po any ideas na food menu esp low sodium content. breakfast, lunch,snacks, dinner. im out of ideas na kc. TIA

red bleeding at 9 weeks, baby was fine

sino po dito sa inyu nkaranas ng blood clots discharge/ bleeding (bright red) with no cramping. nagpunta ako ng ER kanina dahil sa bleeding at thankfully, ok c baby via TVS. alive and well. cervix is close din po sabi ni doc.
