My son keeps talking about suicide. He is 11. What can I do?

This is a serious issue but on the positive side, he did open up to u. Use this opportunity to find out more. Make him understand that this worries you.Talk to other family in the same house. Talk to his teachers in school and alert them of his thoughts. Maybe they can shed some light. Main thing is communicate and communicate. If u still feel lost, ask proffessesional help. Find out helpline numbers and talk to them. Please do something and dont brush it off.
